How does it work?

It takes just minutes to install the software and scanner, and one of our experts will help make sure everything is working properly. Once you are ready, add up the total amount of checks, feed them through the scanner and let the software do the rest. 

Image Deposit takes an electronic image of each check and transfers it to the bank.  Once every check is scanned you will receive a confirmation email ensuring your deposit has been made. The Image Deposit scanner processes up to 40 checks a minute and transmits all checks in a single batch.  The process is user-friendly and saves frequent trips to the bank.   

Are the deposits made securely?

You can be assured your deposits are made securely using FTP over SSL (Secure Socket Layer).  Industry standard SSL technology ensures the secure transmission of deposit data to the bank.
